本研究通过水培实验和等温吸附实验分别考察了7种湿地植物和7种湿地填料对于印染达标尾水中低浓度锑及典型污染物的削减效果。通过动态实验考察不同湿地系统对各污染物的削减效果。结果表明,滴水观音和香蒲可作为印染达标尾水生态净化的优先考虑植物;无烟煤与沸石以质量比2∶1混合的填料在组合填料中具有较好的吸附效果;种植滴水观音的表面流湿地和种植香蒲的水平潜流湿地的组合湿地系统对印染达标尾水中低浓度锑具有较好的再削减能力。  相似文献

3,13-Diglycidyloxypropyloctaphenyl double-decker silsesquioxane (EP-DDSQ) was synthesized by process of alkaline hydrolysis condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane and corner capping reaction of methyldichlorosilane, followed by hydrosilylation with allyl glycidyl ether, and the resultant structure was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), respectively. The thermosetting phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin was then modified by EP-DDSQ, and the reactivity of PF resin with EP-DDSQ and thermal pyrolysis of modified cured resin were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The surface morphologies of modified resins at high temperature were characterized with field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), and chemical structure of modified resins was analyzed through X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The results showed that the appropriate addition of EP-DDSQ did not affect the curing temperature of the PF resin itself, but could improve the heat resistance of the system. When the amount of EP-DDSQ added was 10%, the initial degradation temperature of PF resin was increased by 49.31°C, and when the amount of EP-DDSQ added was 16%, the char yield of which was reached up to 61.39%, compared with that of pure PF resin (TGA1,000°C of 57.62%) at Ar atmosphere. More importantly, the modified resin formed a regular and dense layer of SiC and SiOx ceramic on the surface after ablation in the muffle furnace at 800°C air atmosphere, which is very important for ablative resistant materials.  相似文献

Antibacterial and physicochemical properties are generally considered important features of the porcine acellular dermal matrix (pADM). Oxidized 2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan (OHTCC) was applied to crosslink with pADM at dosages of 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16%. The properties of the crosslinked pADM (OHTCC-pADM) were evaluated. DSC and TG analysis suggested that crosslinking could promote the thermal stability, the highest Td, and Tmax of OHTCC-pADM (8%) was 80 °C and 325 °C, which has been improved by 15 °C and 13 °C, respectively. While FTIR and AFM tests indicated that the structure integrity of collagen could still be maintained. SEM tests demonstrated the sustained three-dimensional architecture of OHTCC-pADM with appropriate porosity. Moreover, OHTCC-pADM exhibited improved ability to resist collagenase degradation, the degradation rate of 4%-, 8%-OHTCC-pADM was <50%. The tensile strength of OHTCC-pADM proved to be superior compared to pADM. Furthermore, 8%-OHTCC-pADM exhibited nearly 90% antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, the results of the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazoliumbromide study showed that the cytocompatibility of OHTCC-pADM decreased with the increasing the amount of OHTCC, but all relative proliferation rates were above 80%. The prebiotic effects of potato resistant starches RS1, RS2, RS3a, RS3b and RS4 were studied using simulated gut fermentation in vitro. The intestinal microbial composition was significantly changed by resistant starch (RS) after 24-h fermentation. All RSs (P < 0.05) decreased the ratio of Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes (F/B), and RS2 exhibited the lowest value of 0.95 ± 0.07. The relative abundance of Bifidobacterium was significantly increased by RS4, whereas Megamonas and Prevotella were promoted by RS2. Further, RS4 produced the highest levels of acetate (138.34 µM), whereas RS2 produced the highest levels of propionate (41.45 µM) and butyrate (21.65 µM). However, Bifidobacterium did not promote the production of propionate or butyrate, even though it was proficient in fermenting RS. Megamonas and Prevotella were positively associated with the higher production of propionate and butyrate. Here, different RSs played key roles in promoting intestinal health, and RS2 especially showed more abundant probiotic functions.  相似文献

Novel, simple‐to‐make energetic mono‐ and bisvinylimidazolium perchlorate monomers are prepared and characterized. These energetic monomers offer the possibility to 3D print energetic polymers that may allow decreasing the content of the energetic filler in energetic devices without compromising their energetic properties. The new printable materials are suited for photocuring‐based additive manufacturing (AM), techniques, offering not only a large degree of control over the mechanical and energetic properties of the resulting solids, but also the production of complex geometries at high resolution.  相似文献

The accumulation of nonbiodegradable petrochemical-based polymers in the environment motivates the development and use of low-cost, eco-friendly, and biodegradable polymers. A series of biodegradable poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) composites reinforced by sustainably sourced nanochitin were successfully prepared using melt blending and compression molding methods. Structural, thermal, and mechanical characterizations of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT)/nanochitin composites were performed. SEM revealed that the nanochitin was uniformly dispersed throughout the PBAT matrix at low contents (<2 wt %), while DSC analyses revealed a corresponding increase in the crystallinity (32.6% enhancement) of the PBAT matrix. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the PBAT/nanochitin composite containing 0.5 wt % nanochitin were higher by 82.5 and 64.2%, respectively, compared with pristine PBAT. The Chitin-0.5 composite also showed improved thermal stability compared with PBAT (the char yield improved by 8%) due to the uniform dispersion of nanochitin in the PBAT matrix. The enhanced performance of the PBAT/nanochitin composites, prepared without an added compatibilizer, informs the development of improved biodegradable PBAT-based polymers. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. As I have discussed in past articles, internal audit efforts must be risk-based and contribute to the long-term assurance needs of the organization and its board. A formal risk-assessment audit must be completed at least annually and the results of that assessment should direct audit priorities. Periodic updates throughout the year are also highly recommended. Over time, a focus on short-term results (quarterly financial results, meeting current regulatory requirements, etc.) has driven the priorities of management and consequently the organization toward a short-term perspective. Similarly, internal auditing’s efforts has commonly moved toward this short-term focus, boiling down priorities to whichever audits the company needs to complete in the immediate quarter or two. During the challenging business environment period some would say it is not a good time to refocus sights on the long-term horizon. I disagree. For example, knowing what the organization want to achieve in the next two to five years, and what does it need to do to get there, is critical to success! Certainly, each organization will have different goals, objectives, issues, and challenges, and no single “standard” long-term internal audit plan will work; but I took a shot at it anyway, and present the results in this article.  相似文献
